Next week, the Senate State Foreign Operations Appropriations Subcommittee will mark up their legislation funding the State Department, foreign assistance, and the UN. By slashing UN funding we send the wrong signal - that the U.S. would rather go it alone than combat global challenges alongside our international partners.
