Beware of 'Twilight'-Related Scams

With the newest installment of the popular 'Twilight' movie series having been released this week, cybercriminals are using the popularity of the movie against its fans. As with the World Cup, the Tiger Woods scandal or anything else with widespread public interest, cybercriminals use this popularity to take advantage of unsuspecting users on the web.
Searching for 'Twilight' on popular search engines will yield a ton of results – not all of them trustworthy. While some of the pages provide useful and non malicious content, clicking on the wrong page can lead to a variety of infections and malicious applications being installed on your computer.
Besides common sense and a keen eye, your best defense is an anti-virus program that actively guards against infection.

Find out if you have been infected with viruses:

1. Download Anti-Virus PLUS
2. Run the installer from your desktop
3. Start a virus scan
4. Register your copy of Anti-Virus PLUS to remove the threats
